1.2. Progression Governance: Transition Evidence and Guardrails

Progression through the AIDIVE Maturity Journey is governed by evidence from the six AIDIVE dimensions. The transition criteria defined for each phase indicate whether the enterprise can sustain the operating demands of the next transformation context. They provide an enterprise-level progression view and do not replace the decision gates used to g
